Built Environment

The Logan and Town Centre Built Environment priorities are:

BE.1 Reduce rate of new development within our neighbourhood area to a more sustainable level than has been experienced over recent years, and ensure closer controls and monitoring over development and associated agreements.

BE.2 Ensure that all infrastructure (transport, water, greenspace, healthcare) is maintained and upgraded to meet the needs of our growing community

BE.3 Protect and maintain green belt.

BE.4 Work with developers and key stakeholders to manage and mitigate for the impact of the Gartree Superprison on our neighbourhood.

BE.5 Promote and support local enterprise and job creation, including, but not limited green energy initiatives, tourism and innovation.
