A project to deliver self-catered accommodation on a working farm will provide a diversification for the farm and allow people to stay and enjoy a rural location in the area and increase the employment on the farm, showcase rural North Warwickshire to visitors and provide accommodation on a working farm.

Project Achievements: The project completed in August 2019 with the first guests arriving in September 2019. The Project has created 0.5 FTE jobs and aims to attract 707 additional overnight stays and is on target to achieve.
