The Co-Operative of Leicestershire Organic Growers (CLOG's) a social enterprise offering organically grown fruit and vegetables and salad items from a community based small holding.

With an increasing number of orders being declined, this Project was to install a small, recyclable irrigation system to increase yield of organic produce by collecting water rather than reliance on water resources to support upscaling and increasing the yield to meet rising demands. Creating an improved web-shop enabling access to social media, additional advertising and increasing the customer base, sales and income.

Project Achievements: The project completed in April 2018 creating 0.5 full-time equivalent job over the life of the project and enabling increased productivity and turnover brought about by the irrigation system and web-shop redesign.
