The Institute for Voluntary Action Research (IVAR)
The Institute for Voluntary Action Research (IVAR) helps to strengthen voluntary and community sector organisations and those that support them, through a range of research, insights and learning. The IVAR website contains a series of research reports, along with other guidance, frameworks and other information which will be of use to community organisations.

Top Tips For Strengthening Your Organisation
Noel Singh (LCC Funding Manager) delivered a workshop presentation on 'Strengthening Your Organisation' to a group of voluntary, community and social enterprise sector organisations, at Voluntary Action LeicesterShire's 'Future Focus' VCS Conference in September 2018. The workshop involved sharing and discussing top tips for VCSE organisations, to ensure they are successful in achieving their aims, as well as securing a financially sustainable future.
